I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are charged a fee. For those using insurance, the fee is billed to you, not the insurance.

I typically work Tuesday-Friday from 10am-7pm, and end at 4pm on Friday’s. On Saturday’s, I typically work 9am-3pm. If you reach out on other days or outside my business hours, I won’t respond to your inquiry until the next business day.
